So much happens behind the scenes of a newborn shoot and I think pulling the curtain back just a little bit will help prospective clients appreciate those polished images that show up in my Facebook feed just a little more. I try to be upfront about the duration of a typical newborn session (3-4 hours.) As you can imagine, feedings and accidents are inevitable during such a long stretch of time. Nevertheless, I roll with the punches! Flexibility and patience are key to any newborn photographer’s success, and baby whispering skills are an added plus 😉
